Critical Information Summary
Financial Hardship
We understand that life doesn’t always go to plan, and there may be times when paying your bill becomes difficult. Whether it’s due to illness, job loss, reduced income, domestic or family violence, or another personal challenge, we’re here to help keep you connected.
Financial hardship is about an inability, not unwillingness, to pay. If you’re experiencing hardship, please know you’re not alone and support is available.
How we can help:
- Flexible payment plans tailored to your situation.
- Temporary plan downgrades to reduce your costs.
- Fee waivers or late charge removal where appropriate.
- Options to restrict non-essential services so bills don’t build up.
- Confidential and respectful support from our trained team.
Applying for help is simple and free. You can complete our Financial Hardship Form or contact us directly to talk through your circumstances. We won’t ask for unnecessary proof, and we’ll always treat your information with respect and privacy.
Our priority is to keep you connected — to your loved ones, work, and essential services — while working with you towards a solution that eases financial pressure.
